How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
• Providing end user support on business and personal devices
• Billing and accounting purposes
• Backups for the protection and recovery of data
We use the information that you have given us in order to provide the services you have requested.

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored on UK or EU servers. US companies may additionally have information stored on US servers. This includes the servers of the subprocessors listed below. We keep personal information for the duration of the contracted period and up to one year more. (One year further allows for business continuity services where required). We will then dispose of your information by secure deletion of all data including personal information.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
